Job Description:
Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI technologies, focusing on image and voice recognition, as well as general AI (neural networks and classifiers).
Conduct research on academic papers and open-source models to address customer needs and business challenges.
Verify, apply, and improve open-source models for real-world business problems, ensuring their effective implementation and environment setup.
Convert, implement, and accelerate existing model structures to enhance AI performance.
Use actual customer data and real-world environments to verify, improve, and optimize model results.
Lead AI engineering teams in developing solutions and products based on constructed models.
Determine the feasibility and ROI of AI research and development efforts, providing insights and proposals for business strategy.
Drive AI R&D to create competitive advantages and generate business value.
Required Skills:
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Experience in developing algorithms for computer vision or natural language processing based on academic research.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in developing and applying image generation models and large language models (LLMs).
A track record of submitting and presenting research papers in computer vision, natural language processing, or related fields.
Practical experience applying deep learning and machine learning techniques to real-world products, with knowledge of infrastructure and web technologies.
